2. Why do I want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1. Establishing Organizational Unity and Professional Standards

I want to lead SAHP to ensure the organization operates as a single, cohesive entity with clear standards and expectations. Each department should understand its responsibilities , follow established procedures and contribute to progress of the organization. My goal is to foster consistency, professionalism, and accountability across all departments so that the organization can perform reliably and maintain public trust.

2. Ensuring Departmental Accountability and Responsibility
As the leader of SAHP I aim to make certain that no Department avoids or neglects its duties. Human Resource (HR), Internal Affairs (IA), Public Relations (PR), Highway Patrol (HWP) and S.W.A.T must all operate efficiently and carry out their functions with full commitment. By implementing structured oversight clear directives and accountability measures I will ensure that organization functions as a capable and dependable institute with these Department playing it's essential role

3. Promoting Growth, Training and Long-Term Excellence
SAHP is only as strong as troopers and departments within it. I want to establish a culture where continuous improvement, training, and professional growth are prioritized. Troopers and Department should feel supported to perform at the best while anticipating the organization standard. By encouraging development and recognizing achievement, the organization will maintain high performance and become a model for other organizations

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. Advancing Human Resource Training Methods
I plan to enhance the HR department by implementing a structured and practical training program. In previous terms, I observed that several units who faced challenges with their arrest procedures, which impacted both their performance and confidence. To address this, HR will conduct hand on, real-time training sessions. One is our member will play the 10-15 while other demonstrate the step by step as procedures. This approach will allow units to practice procedures correctly, reducing mistakes and improving both their skills and confidence.

2. Legal Knowledge Sessions
I have started structured legal knowledge sessions during the current LSPD term in my role as Chief of Staff. These sessions happen weekly before promotion ceremonies and are led by our District Attorney and Assistant Chief. We focus on key laws, regulations, and organizational policies that officers need to know. Participants have given positive feedback. The sessions have helped improve legal understanding, confidence, and professionalism. Based on this success, I plan to continue and expand these sessions within SAHP to keep troopers informed, prepared, and meeting organizational standards.
