hello, yesterday while i was waiting around the beach market in my boat the fishing rod to produce fishes to sell in beach market, i got a simple water problem in my kitchen so i left the computer for almost 10 to 15 minutes, to come back and found my account blocked for 30 days due to a bug abuse.
First, how could we know that waiting in boat is considered as a bug abuse? i believe that admins havethe full right to take any action against players in order to keep the server envinroment clean, but sometimes there should be at least a warning specially if the player has no history records of abuse or breaking rules.
i would like to ask you to take a look back in my situation, and reduce the punishment to a warning and jail, but not 30 days ban.. am someone who spends most of my day in the city, i never hurt or disturb any one, you can also check my logs if it helps.
