I was not aware that my account had been suspended. I was on vacation for approximately two months, and upon my return, I found that my account had been blocked. I would like to offer an explanation for this situation, but as it occurred two months ago, I do not recall the specific details of what transpired.

I acknowledge my error, and while I find it difficult to articulate the specifics of my actions, I sincerely apologize for the situation. This behavior is not characteristic of me, and I assure you it will not be repeated. I am committed to preventing any recurrence. I hope for your understanding.
