Hello Lebron
After a longer Break, me and a few friends have gone back to the Nationalguard and we've noticed a lot of changes regarding the rules.
Mind you, they havent been written down officially, only via speech from Curator to Leader.
In this specific example, its about Rules for State 1.21 "1.21 Every state organisation must do ghetto patrols 3 times in a week(Minimum 8 people)"
This has escalated a lot on DE01. There has been a lot of stuff added to it, which takes away the fun for all legal orgs.
Added Rules without notice:
- It has to be atleast 15 minutes
-All Gang HQ's have to be checked out
-There has to be a protocol of the patrol
-Each Minute of the Protocol has to be atleast one sentence (!!)
Also, if a legal org forgets or doesnt do all 3 Patrols, the org gets a warn. That is also NOT specified in the rules.
And if an Org does a patrol with 8 people, they get attacked and die, even if it was 14 of 15 minutes, the Curator can decide that the patrol is invalid.
Which is not only unfair, but also doesnt represent the rules.
I dont know if its in the interest of the project, but currently the "demands" of the Curators have exploded.
In my Opinion, the Rules have been changed by the DE01 Legal Org Curators. Which i disagree with.
Administrator Moritz Sindera (Current main NG Curator): And also Paul confirming that its supposed to be that way because "he" (= Hans Promillo) wants it that way.

I heard that on other GrandRP Servers like EN1, 2 and so forth, its much different and a lot easier.
I dont see why i should take the time (roughly 15 minutes) of not playing and just writing a protocol, which is not even required by the rules.
If it was a Roleplay Law that was decided in the parliament, that would be different. But as of now? Its a rule made up by the admins, which is not backed up by the rules of the Curator of the Project.
I have been on the Server for quite some time, have never gotten any major penalties or rulebreaks, i have been administrator aswell and offering feedback regularly to the administrators.
This is too much involvement of the Curators in the Orgs. There are a few other examples but this is the most important one for me currently, because its very annoying.
I talked to the Curator of the Administration Paul Flair about this topic, although he can understand me, he points me to the Deputy Chief Administrator since he is responsible for the Handling of Organisations. I am not satisfied with the answer and i dont think this is a small topic that rules get changed.
