2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1
There are a number of reasons that make me want to lead SAHP, I have been in multiple terms. The main reason is that because of my experience within this organization, including my experience within this field, I have an idea of what works and what does not, including what limitations we could possibly work within in role-play.
2.2
There have also been various styles of leadership during my time at SAHP. Some are good, while others have potential improvement areas. I do not want to point out the mistakes of previous leaders. I want to learn from the past and establish a stable and consistent leadership. I also want to improve communication within my own troop. Misunderstandings should not arise. Decisions must also be good and justified so that there is good bond between my troopers under my leadership.

During my experience in the SAHP, I have been able to gain in-depth knowledge about the way in which each one of these departments in the organization works and relies on other departments to function in an efficient manner. This includes their patrol, command, and Human Resources and Training Department. As I understand the way in which this organization works, I will be able to utilize this knowledge to maximize these contributions if I were to be placed in charge in the future.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The level of RolePlay in SAHP is mostly reliant upon how efficient and functional the HRT division is in the city. The HRT is involved in training and developing the troops, and in case of effective management of HRT, the quality of the department rises. Trainings should also be consistent to allow the training of the troopers on realistic role-playing, preventing rushed progress. Having worked in the HRT on more than one occasion, I understand training approaches that make the department effective. Further, having cooperation with the SWAT and the HWP division in the scenario, SWAT addsensively improves the high-risk scenario role-play, and the HWP division addsensively improves the highway and traffic roles in the gameplay of SAHP.
