We were asking to search this person during a detention, he refused and kept asking why and eventually left to avoid the RP. Then his friend came over making the excuse of 'Code A' which is wheh i asked him to step out the vehicle as he was driving recklessly, i gave him 5 seconds and then he left to avoid the RP aswell.
