2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I truly value discipline enforcement, loyalty, and structure as the Families Gang Division Leader. As a potential leader of the Families, I know I will need to be consistent, fair, and accountable. I will know that I will need a strong presence that will allow me to own the decisions made under my leadership, and I will defend those decisions. I possess the ability to remain active at all times, and I display a strong level of calmness as it pertains to pressure. I have a focus toward long-term stability rather than any short-term kind of recognition. I will center my leadership approach toward structure and hierarchy, and I expect the Families to communicate and operate through organized channels.
I will have a strong and constant presence to retain the Families’ Tier 1 status in the ghetto, backing up coordinated activity and setting firm control of our desired territory. I will have a strong, loyal, and cohesive unit in place and will ensure no internal disorder nor weakness exists. I will have a strong presence to retain unity under a common and cohesive purpose. I will support aggressive intra-family coordination and give the Families’ rivals a reason to be fearful and hesitant to fight. I want the Families to be respectful on the streets and through serious roleplay. I will ensure the Families’ rivals will have a reason to be disrespected and fearful, allowing the Families to be the dominant force.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Members of Families can engage in better roleplay through activity, structured, and meaningful interaction, which I will implement and improve upon. As I believe that strong roleplay requires participation first, I, and the Staff Team, will try and encourage activity through regular patrols and events, meetings, and all-rank scenario coordination. Players who showed dedication, creativity, and reliability in roleplay will be awarded bonus ranks, and will have their roleplay recognition be used in ny leadership opportunities gained. Having a system like this will motivate more players to take roleplay seriously, and keep their activity up.
In addition, I will improve the overall quality of roleplay over random quantity, and I will do this through more structured training sessions that teach proper behavior, and how to roleplay safely while staying within the rules of a server. I will keep roleplay within the Families structured and planned so that new members do not feel left out and disorganized, and so that we keep communication, coordination, and a general understanding of the standard high. My overall goal is to encourage consistent participation through quality and discipline so that we can build a more active and dedicated organized Families roleplay.
