Jason,

I am in game as Clay Life and was doing an ATM robbery with 497417. I kept getting nervous about people pulling up and possibly being bounty hunters so I was the one shooting everyone that caused myself and 497417 (Marlon) to get banned.

Player 497417 was telling me to stop shooting. In the attached proof POV you can see I initiated wrongful conflict by shooting the cab driver as he was getting gas. I was the first one to shoot at the cab driver and the cab driver shot back. Marlon (497417) really had nothing to do with breaking of the rules. I was being hard headed and should not have been initiating conflict. 497417 did not initiate any of the conflict or do any killings, I did all killings alone.

497417 actually told me to stop breaking the rules and I did not listen. He is innocent.

Please understand he should not be banned for 7 days like I am because he got shot at and banned because I was being reckless. Please help in removing some time off of 497417 ban or taking it off completely. This really was 100% my fault and action.
