2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become leader of this organisation because i have just finished a term as governor and since i disagree with the way the current state issues are being resolved and dealt with. I want to remind state organisations what gangs are capable of doing and almost put them back in there place. I wish to give the families gang a great reputation.
2.2 I also want to become leader of this organisation because i have spent alot of time in state orgs fighting against the gangs but as of right now i think its best to join then. With my great leadership skills and my ability to lead i believe i can truly lead this gang successfully and have an amazing term.
2.3 I also wish to become leader of this organisation as i have lots of connections in the city and with my consistent activity in the city i am very well up to date with all the current city situations etc. I currently do not think gangs are in a great position and they have been given a bit of a bad reputation. I wish to bring a great name and fantastic future for the families gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 My advice for improving the roleplay will be to consistently do FZ raids, hostage situations, store robberies etc and put a lot of pressure on Leos. This will improve the RP as it will give LEOs more of a chance to get to work with eachother as well gives gangs the opportunity to come together to fight the LEOs. I believe that i can truly give some good RP by ensuring i have active and knowledgeable members to assist.
3.2 I will make sure that the LEOs and Citizens are scared when they see the families gang. This will bring a state of terror to the city. This will give LEOs a reason to want to fight us and try and capture us. This will improve the RP by bring more situations to both LEOs and the gangs side. I will make sure that events are structed in a way that fits our members best ensuring the best quality RP from our units.
