we were trying to catch ballas members who were leaving the store i downed 2 guys and one of their gang members finished him off later another guy finished off another ballas memeber. I think they should recieve a maximum penalty for that (hopefully strike) as they finished of 3 of their membrs and 3 were also involved in finishing them off so they would remeber the rules better next time
