Hello Sir,
The situation started at 23:57. Player with ID 228231 arrived and began inappropriate behavior. As shown in the POV, he repeated the same actions multiple times while I was on duty.
Since I was on duty, I did not take any direct action. When my HC Chief arrived at the scene, I informed him about the entire situation. After that, the same player returned again and started provoking and repeating the same behavior without any valid reason.
I have POV clearly showing him doing this repeatedly.

This behavior falls under Rule 6.12: Harassing an EMS employee during duty or showing inappropriate behavior toward EMS employees is restricted (Exception: EMS employee was disrespectful).
Punishment: Ban up to 7 days.
