Rejected Ban for Anti-AFK | Razwen Maddy

I am writing this complaint regarding the punishment I received under GR 1.3 (Anti-AFK).
At the time of the punishment, I was briefly distracted because I was in a call with my brother. I did not use any macro, auto-clicker, script, or anti-AFK method. I also did not intentionally leave my character unattended.

The ban duration of 60 days seems excessive considering the situation and the lack of any prohibited software or intentional rule violation on my part. I believe this punishment may have been issued by mistake or without full context.

I respectfully ask for a review of the evidence and a reconsideration of the punishment.
