ID 50281 will receive a punishment for CR + GR 6.15.
ID 192534 will not be punished in this case (Bounty Hunter)
ID 216823 will not be punished (Not seen doing any rulebreaks in provided pov)
However ID 179862 (Thread Owner) will be punished for UB Driving​
