2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 ACTIVITY IN THE ORGANISATION

As a Previously Being a member of SAHP Organisation, i really spended Lot of time in the org which make me To Move a step Forward and check the area of inactivity and Reasons, And i will try that experience and coordination to improve the activity by Doing multiple things which will make Sahp more energetic and Actively Participating in Max Events we can without any issuee and Full the org as it Full Potential, and we all saw the DOC Highways being the Main Spots of Gang activity so i will do increase Patrolling on that area to get it more safer

2.2 Understanding and Trust

Trust is one of the most important things when it comes to running a term successfully. Trust itself builds understanding, and it plays a crucial role while working together or organizing events. I will try my best to maintain this trust within my organization and make sure there are no internal conflicts. If any issue does happen, I will personally step in to resolve it. I also aim to build my units confidence and prepare them to lead any kind of event with full responsibility.

2.3 Coordination and communication

As i mention in my LSPD Application, if we are officer Doing anything such as events , arrest etc Coordination and communication is one of the most important thing we have to do to complete the thing succesfully i saw in recent term that Some guys what ever they not listening everyone roaming here and there with no coordination which let to them doing the things whoich they are not suppose to do and get into Some Blackbook ( Blacklist ) or any ooc punishment so i think Coordination is one of the important thing and we should train everyone Goodly which i get you know in 3 rd section.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 TeamWork


Teamwork builds strong understanding and relationships between employees and helps them work closely without overthinking ranks or feeling any jealousy. It increases the overall activity of the department and ensures that members follow rules and regulations properly. This also improves professionalism and makes SAHP a more enjoyable organization to be a part of, with a comfortable and positive working environment.

3.2 Special Training System


I believe everyone has noticed the chaos that happens between organizations during events, where multiple people try to take charge and do not follow the lead of the FIB. To avoid such misconduct in future events, we will conduct joint training sessions every Sunday with all organizations involved. In these sessions, we will form two teams. The first team will act as gang units (mainly consisting of HCS), and the second team will act as officers. Together, we will recreate real event scenarios where the FIB takes the lead. This will help junior members improve their communication skills, strengthen coordination between organizations, and significantly reduce the chances of misconduct during actual events.

3.3 Internal Events

To make SAHP more engaging, we will organize internal events through our PR team where all employees can participate. These events will includerewards such as cash or other prizes for successful participants.This will not only make SAHP more fun and active but will also help attract more people to join the organization and contribute to its overall.
