I want to become leader of Families because I have good experience and i understand how gang rp should work properly.
I played for a long time on En1 server and my old character was Jon Eldia (ID : 371579, in game age 29). En1 is a strict server so i learned rules, discipline,teamwork.
I also worked in LSPD ,SAHP, FIB and EMS because of this i understand both sides law enforcement and gangs this helps me handle situation better and avoid rule breaks.
I have been part of all major gangs, worked as turfer and also had command level responsibilities in different situations i understand turf system , planing, communication and managing members .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the
organization.
.Recruit only serious players who want to do proper rp
.Teach new members rules and gang behaviour
.Do planned rp like turf wars, robberies and situations
.Keep discipline and no toxicity inside the gang
.Respect admins, server rules and other gangs
