I recently made a complaint about players that the governor was not summoning the IRB, and that he had no right in doing so since he wasn't following the legislation, the legislation says that the board shall analyze and scrutinize the evidence to verify its validity and whether it's incriminating the suspect according to Article 10.5. Which means the Governor isn't supposed to check wether the evidence is valid or not, he is supposed to suspend the AG for 24hrs until the IRB come up with a result.

Full IC issue about everything else, regarding the CL admin will recheck the complaint and issue the proper punishment
