This is my last time presuing this matter, so i dont get any ban on Forum, The govenor deemed my document invalid, However, according to the legislation its not up to him its up the board to analyze and scrutinize the evidence to verify its validity and whether it's incriminating the suspect PSGA Article 10.5. Please check this legilslation one last time and then ill be happy with whatever answer you say and if the legislation says another thing please point it out so i can become more knowledgeable.
