I Had the 136168 in cuffs after i killed him at FZ raid. He died and kept gun in his hand somehow (bug). Then while in cuffs somehow killed myself and my partner. He is clearly cheating.

something is fishy..... how after we knocked you unconscious and cuffed and patched you up u still have a gun in ur hands?

Based on the POV provided by ID 136168,
It can be seen that Bad-Santa (Event Part) actually Killed the Thread Owner Instead of ID 136168​
