as you can see in the video i was taken to solitary confinement for escaping my cell and as the officer walks away i said something to my brother out of character because we play in the same room and i have my push to talk in private dms set to double click N so by accident i said 'your mother' in game.this wasnt aimed at the officer at all as at the point of me saying that the officer had already walked away and i thought he had already exited the room at that point and from my perspective i couldnt see where his character was because i was in first person in my cell.i have the officers pov of this incident which ill provide as a link but for further proof if an admin wants to check with my brother ingame to ask if i was speaking to him or not his id is 424898 his names cimmy.
also just to add on i dont know why i wouldve said 'your mother' to the officer since it has no relevence to the situation and its a pretty week insult to be honest.
rules state this can result in a 7 day ban(which i was given) or a 180 minute silence which i wouldve happily taken.
my appeal was taken down earlier for no proof so ill provide a link to the original report that got me banned with the proof there
also in the replies to the original thread theres a guy called hazza defending me in the comments, thats because he also witnessed the situation and knew i wasnt talking to the officer.
i apologise for not formatting the apeal correctly the past 2 times i would really aprecriate it if an admin understood my side of the situation and reviewed this appeal
