I recently got globally blacklisted and and in the arrest warrant which i cant attach it doesn't have my passport however they put my passport, and globally blacklisted me and they dont have passport which is MetaGaming. As you can see its the deputy Governor that listed this.

Not Meta Gaming, its the feature that requires ID for you to blacklist someone.

However, according to the roleplay when you join the org you shows your passport which the org holds in the database that can be later used to find you and issue IC punishments with your ID.
