Rejected Warning for General Rule 6.4 | Snappy Vukovic

This is nothing against Snapyy but just channelling the warning.

As I only recently came back properly to EN3 after 1 1/2 years from EN1 so I wasn't up to code with IC Laws due to last time being in EN3.
Also the fact that ID: 132262 was blatantly ignoring and shouting over me every time I tired explaining why I couldn't show my ID to him since his entire team of NG kept surrounding me finding it hard to show ID to him. And every time I tried to move away from his friends so I could actually show ID then they would keep surrounding it.

Meanwhile every time FIB and I were talking NG would have been playing loud music making the situation worse and also would like to say that at least of them was violating ER 1.2 due to them prolonging the "situation" right up to the start of Drug Supply (Subs).

Also to add onto this, I no longer have my warning due to usage of Prime but I just want this warning to be removed from my punishment history if approved.
