Dear Higher-Ups,
My friend and I were going to collect the valuable case when, suddenly, a person with ID 69833 came from behind and shot both of us without making any demands. When I was shot, I returned fire in self-defense. As far as I know, if someone shoots first, I am not required to give demands in return. In this situation, I did not shoot anyone first. This is clearly visible in the POV. However, when my friend made a forum report against ID 69833, Admin Markus reviewed the case and also gave me a punishment for GR 6.15, which I believe does not make any sense.
