While I was guarding on the Capitol grounds, I observed an individual riding a bicycle directly toward the Capitol area as you can see in my pov. At the time, a large number of citizens were present in the vicinity. The individual was riding in a manner that appeared reckless and posed a potential risk to public safety, as he attempted to ride through the crowd.
I attempted to intervene by displaying a stun device in an effort to deter the individual; however, the individual did not stop and continued riding through the area.
