Additional Information

1. Leader of...

Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

(List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason 1: Strong leadership vision and organizational control
The Federal Investigation Bureau is the highest authority in law enforcement and requires a leader with discipline, vision, and responsibility. I want to lead FIB because I am confident in my ability to maintain order, enforce rules fairly, and build a structured command system. Leadership for me is not about power, but about responsibility and consistency.
Reason 2: Focus on investigation-based and long-term RolePlay
FIB should represent intelligence, strategy, and realism rather than repetitive action-only gameplay. As a leader, I want to focus on investigations, interrogations, surveillance, undercover operations, and long-term RP scenarios involving criminal organizations. This approach increases immersion and overall server quality.
Reason 3: Professionalism, discipline, and fairness
A federal organization must always act professionally. I do not tolerate power abuse, favoritism, or rule violations. My goal is to create a disciplined yet motivating environment where agents respect the chain of command and feel proud to be part of FIB.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

To improve RolePlay quality within FIB, I would introduce a clear promotion and discipline system based on activity, event participation, and RP performance.
Promotions would require regular attendance at organization events and a clean disciplinary record. Missing events without valid reasons would directly affect promotion eligibility.
Discipline would be handled strictly but fairly. Minor violations would result in warnings or delayed promotions, while serious violations such as power abuse, ignoring orders, or damaging the organization’s reputation would lead to demotion or removal.
Authority would be clearly limited. Only members with Rank 25 and above would be allowed to invite new members, and only members with Rank 26 and above would be allowed to give ranks. This system prevents favoritism and maintains organizational stability.

FIB Rank Structure

19: Deputy Section Chief
18: Unit Commander
17: Deputy Unit Commander

Thank you for reviewing my application. If I am selected, the Federal Investigation Bureau will operate under uncompromising discipline and absolute control. FIB will not follow expectations it will impose them.
