Today I filed a complaint because someone insulted me, but I also received a penalty (FL in RP) I realized the person was Turkish and spoke to them in Turkish. I dont think I did anything wrong here Thank you in advance

Also, I received a warning while I was driving a truck. They applied GR 6.24 to me. Even if speaking Turkish is considered an issue, shouldn’t that result in a mute under GR 3.3 instead? Thanks for taking the time to look into this.
