The event scenario must be detailed and include the whole event: Opponents must travel from one side of the stadium to the other whilst listening to instructions from the host. Red Light means stop, Green Light means go - if a participant is seen moving when Red Light is shouted they are to return back to the start and go from the beginning - ALL why wearing a headbag.
