I was arresting this 10-15 then He requested for a lawyer so I went inside the lawyer room and made a department for DOJ requesting a lawyer in the meanwhile there were two persons who were standing in a suspicious way behind the doors which I didn't know what were they doing here anyways I was standing with the 10-15 in-case anything happened but after sometime this guy came with ID 91271 cuffed me for no reason and uncuffed the other guy with ID 148110 to let him go after that I went outside and asked somebody to uncuff me then I went to look for the 10-15 and I found that he had already left the RP sit.
