First of all, hello administrators. I opened a ban removal forum 12 days ago and it was accepted by Floki, but my ban has still not been lifted. I have a business and I need to make a business payment, otherwise my business will be gone. Server events are happening constantly, and I'm missing them all (including famwarda). I sent you a DM but didn't receive a response, and several other players are experiencing this issue. Please clarify this matter.
