2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I would like to be the leader of this organization because I think I am best suited for gang leader at this time and it would be a great opportunity to branch out of just being an unofficial family leader. I know all the rules, and have been in gangs*specifically bloods* since I started playing 10 months ago and have always wanted to be a gang leader (have been deputy many times) . My main priority will be to host an organization that will improve the state of RP and interaction between players in the city, as I feel like there is too much too much non rp/ rule breaks going on and this would be a great opportunity for me to introduce some well needed changes into the bloods. I Strive to make the interactions between gang members and LEO's more fun for both sides and have less toxicity in the engagements. I also feel like because for the last 10 months I have focused on leading a family along with my co-owners we are now ready and set to branch out and try our luck at running a gang, since I took over the Yakuza 10 months ago we have risen the ranks steadily and have now secured a position on the top 12 of all families in the server which I think qualifies me as a good candidate for Bloods Leader.
The organization would function according to a system of division into teams, where everyone could find their place, and do what they are best at.
I will also heavily force RP and make sure my gang members deliver the best experiences to whoever they are engaging with, be this leo's or just normal citizens.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
When interviewing our members for joining I will make sure to ask them how they will impact the roleplaying scene of the city and what they will offer to the Bloods, I will make sure to only recruit the people who are actively making a push for more roleplaying scenarios in the city instead of just recruiting everyone that has an appetire for robbing and killing.
On top of the strict qualifying requirements I will make sure that the bloods will engage with the news/government and make an active push to establish our presence in the city. The organization will strive to uphold a respectable reputation among the gangs, civilians and legal organization and every member that is initiated should strive to uphold the reputation of the gang.
Members will be educated on proper use of /me, /todo and /try commands to boost rp in scenarios to make if more fun for all the parties involved, because the most important thing is that everyone engaging should be having fun.

- Ghetto Team | A team that will patrol the ghetto, and keep it under control
-Negotiation Team A team of professional negotiators who will negotiate with the police on the robberies
- Escape Team A team of experienced drivers who will drive cars when we run away from the police

Joining an organization will be more difficult than in other organizations. Anyone who wants to join the organization would be asked many questions. If the player knows all the rules of the city, and it is seen that he has experience, he will be accepted.
Any person who does bad things or violates the rules of the city, will be punished with a demote, and then kick and blacklist. Mistakes will not be tolerated, and respect must be shown to High Command!
I will try to improve the roleplay quality in this organization by organizing events such as Trainings, Meetings, Parties, Races and many others. I have a lot of experience in roleplay, and I think this is a great opportunity to improve Bloods Street Gang!
