Hello, I ordered the other person to stop your car and he disobeyed my order, so I got out of my car and fired. There is no rdm in this.
As you can see in my own video, in 0.29 seconds, there are 2 friends in front of me and one person behind me. In this case, we become 2 vehicles and 4 people, this is not a violation of the rules. My video

Hello
The first pullover req came at 0:41 in pov
when player looked back it was your car and black car which only had ID 116843
which was not enoygh to pull over as you only had 2 car 2 people
Rest of the cars were very back
the next at 0:50 in POV u came out and shot which is RDM.
Wait for higher admins final Decision
