Joining the EMS was a very smart decision for Its Sayan. He knew that in Los Santos, being a gangster or a police officer is very risky, but EMS is a neutral and respected job. He cleared the medical academy Interview easily because he knows how to stay calm in high-pressure situations. On duty, he is a very professional paramedic who saves many citizens daily. However, he soon realized that the government salary was too low for his big dreams of luxury cars and houses. So, he decided to live a double life. When he is wearing the uniform, he is a hero. But off-duty, he returns to his criminal ways to earn fast cash. He uses his EMS ID as a shield to hide his illegal activities and stay safe from the cops.
