While I was placing ammunition at the black market stall, This player handcuffed me through the wall, as clearly visible in the POV. This interaction occurred through the wall while I was standing at the stall. pov1

After this, the player drove a Progen P1 sports car on grass, which is considered UB Driving, as such vehicles are not suitable for off-road or grass terrain. ( POV2 ) From 00.07
As you can see in this POV from 00:38 Sec he asked me to give 50k$ plus revolver ammo which falls under gr 6.4(trying things which is not approved or in bio )

133939 your Bio allows you for taking bribe or illegal items not both at the same time make sure you follow it carefully next time, also listen to the next person about what he is saying in future or punishments will be harsher next time
