but one of the family members (118165) joined the fight as a duty with the FIB vehicle (Rules of State 5.11)

and used a taser gun during the fight (PG)

if he can do something like that, why didnt he shoot his own family members too? (Fail Rp)

I did not see any FIB vehicle in the situation as you claimed. Secondly, the ID of the person who used the taser on you is not visible in the provided POV
