so i need help to file a complaint against admin..i was put in jail for puting my solar panel in bush...solar panel is my property...i bought it from store..there is no where in the rules that i have to place it somewhere pacific....i was told i can put it any where...it still produce a battary in its in shade or in the open..am i wrong...i didnt do anything against the rules....i feel like i should be compensated..
