Dear Administrators,
Today I came across an account and noticed that it has been engaging in forum ban evasion. The forum accounts used for EN2 and EN3 were previously blacklisted; however, the individual has once again created a new account and continued ban evasion. The person has also opened a forum thread, and this appears to have gone unnoticed by others. It caught my attention, and I identified the issue. I will now present my evidence.
It is evident that the individual received a penalty on this forum for forum ban evasion and for creating a new account after the ban.
Likewise, on this forum account, a forum thread has been opened regarding the EN3 account with ID 83733, which further indicates that this forum account belongs to the same individual.
On this forum as well, the individual once again opened a forum thread regarding the EN3 account with ID 83733. Moreover, as proof that the account is on EN3, the person is using the name of our Turkish administrator, Asrın Kovacs.
As you can see on this forum as well, the individual has sent 140 messages using another forum account, and despite this, it is beyond my understanding how no one noticed it. Once again, a forum thread has been opened using the same account with ID 83733.
As can once again be observed, the administrator failed to recognize that the individual was engaging in forum ban evasion, and it is clearly evident that the person has opened another forum thread using the forum account they are currently operating.

As can be seen from the evidence I have provided, the individual is repeatedly engaging in ban evasion and clearly shows no sign of learning from previous penalties. This type of person has the capability to continue committing this violation consistently. In order to prevent further occurrences, a serious penalty must be imposed.
Since the individual has repeatedly committed this violation and has shown complete disregard for prior punishments, this demonstrates that they do not take the rules or penalties seriously. Therefore, I respectfully request that the individual be punished both in-game and on the forum, as this rule violation has been carried out continuously without any deterrent effect.
Please ensure that the necessary actions are taken accordingly.
