According to adminsistration, when a bad cop (corrupt bio) does not follow his outcomes in his biography, the General Rule 6.4 is valid

As you can you see in the Bodycam Footage, these officers asked me and my fellow agent to jump into the water while they threaten and point guns at us. No where in the outcome does it say that they can use force to torture and force us to follow their demand of jumping into the water.
Example Outcome: Maple can intimidate/torture people on duty if they don’t want to follow his demands. (No killing) (Not Breaking GR6.9)
Officer 140694 did not use the correct bodycam breaking commands
