Hello, I am an 8-time leader of the city and am currently the CEO of LI. I am well known for creating new RP for the city and for each org that I join. I had a leadership meeting today to discuss my previous week and the upcoming week. I was asked what we are always asked, "How is your relationship with other orgs?". In our meeting, I mentioned that nothing had really happened, but I would try to reach out this week to create some joint org RP, which brings us to the situation today. I was running a solar plantation today with 24 panels (Figure 1); this alone was RP with 23 other citizens. Then my org wanted to help out, so about 7 from my org came to help with the plantation. We would get wiped out by a group around the size of 10-15 criminals, and lose about 6 solar panels. I then told everyone to get legal guns, a legal bulletproof vest, and I made an IC call to SAHP. I reported that I am running a legal business, and even though I can't remember why (cause I was sent to EMS) I knew that myself, my team, and my business was in danger for its life. Sky Hellburn answered that call ICly, reported to my location, took a police report, and started to discuss where officers should be. No written rule says that LEOs can not assist me if I have followed every RP rule and if I believe myself, family, friends, or property is at threat. Sultan Ali TP to the location, causing a code B when he turned his Red name on and told us simply "You can not do this", we said o,k which rule are we breaking if we have an RP reason for being here? He could not give us a rule, we then asked if it was 6.4 and we were told no, but that SAHP had to come back and do this out of uniform, which to us sounded more like a rule break. Before we could ask Sultan, he TP away, he would TP away before we were done asking questions and trying to figure out the situation 3 times. We would have to call out into the air to get him to come back. There was no reason given, no offical rule break, and as the players we followed every RP rule there is to be able to do this. 8 minutes after I would be run up on again and we would be killed getting 12 stole this time, then again the next hour we lose the rest. Out of 24 panels, following every single rule, I lost 1 million dollars worth of charged batteries. I could of defended it with a joint org team up between SAHP and LI. I know its a weird thing to team up on but as a leader, I'm supposed to create RP and he I am doing with with about 40 people. However, without a proper reason, we were given the decision that we would have to let SAHP go. I think this was a rushed and overlooked issue that Sultan did very little to help with other then say "You cant do this" and would not tell us why. I have served this city for 8 leadership terms, and I am currently a Leader. I have created new RP paths and activities not only for my org but in GOV, SAHP, LSPD, and alongside some amazing RPers. This was a slap to the face of how little care was put into this situation and how easily we were shut down without being talked to. I as a citizen, fI ollowed the law. I as a player, followed the rules of sever and RP. I lost 1 million dollars and an RP situation that involved close to 40 people, and was not told why. I think this is wrong, and Im requesting this to be looked into. It was because of this decision I lost out on 1 million dollars. How can we as a player base, strive to improve Rp and create new ideas if this is how we are going to get treated, and im an 8-time state leader. After all the years, effort, and dedication to this city, and I get ignored so rudely and told "You cant do this" but not told why, thats not fair. I have followed every rule as a leader and as a citizen, I want the same standard that Im held to, to be held to the admin team as well.

P.S. This is a wrong decision made ICly, no punishment was given. However this decision did affect my RP and about 40 others, then led to the loss of 1 million dollars, a 5-hour waste by interrupting an RP situation by causing a Code B, therefore ending/ruining the RP situation. Theres no button for that... so I put warn as a placeholder

and I don't feel so it's good cause our intention was only of creating a rp situation. I can also provide the pov of the call and how we went their if asked. We did not MG .
