Hello Dear Higher-Ups,
I am writing this complaint regarding the punishments issued in THIS forum, as I believe there are inconsistencies that need clarification.
Firstly, ID 132262 stated, and I quote: “I will show your mother” at 0:45. This clearly violates GR 3.2, which states that any mention of relatives in all chats, including voice, is prohibited and punishable by a 180-minute mute or a ban of up to 7 days. However, this player only received a punishment for Toxicity, and I would like to understand why GR 3.2 was not applied in this case.
Secondly, I received a warning for GR 6.15, while ID 127801 shot back at us and did not receive any punishment. As far as I understand, shooting back is also forbidden and should count as GR 6.15, so I would like clarification on why no action was taken against him.
Regarding my punishment for VDM + GR 6.15, I strongly disagree with the VDM part. I was experiencing lag, and from my point of view, I did not hit the player. I only rammed the helicopter.

(which shows the POV of the player who opened the forum). I downloaded the video before it was deleted because I anticipated it might be removed. The footage shows that my actions constitute CR, not VDM.
Additionally, I would like to point out that both officers involved do not have any outcome listed in their bios that allows them to place a bag over someone’s head, yet they still proceeded to do so. As far as I understand, this action requires a valid and documented outcome, and without it, it should not have been permitted.
I respectfully request that this point is also reviewed.
