I’m writing regarding the warning I recently received for mixing and not performing my role correctly. I fully acknowledge my mistake and take complete responsibility for my actions. I understand what I did wrong, and I sincerely apologize for not doing my job properly.

I want to assure you that I have learned from this situation and will make sure it does not happen again. I take this seriously and understand the expectations of my role moving forward.

I would really appreciate the opportunity to get back to work and prove that I can do better. I am committed to improving and performing my duties correctly and professionally.
