I witnessed a taxi driver deliberately crashing a civilian with his taxi several times. This action was deliberate and not accidental. This is a clear case of VDM/Car Ramming because a car was being used as a weapon. I recorded this in POV. Kindly provide the punishment so we can have a better role-playing experience..
