And later on he gets punished for doing RDM. But in fact he misunderstands the whole situation because of the agents' mass rulebreak. Besides they doing UB driving, because Camaro police car is a sport car and can't be driven into these kinds of grounds. 2:14 - 4 agents trying to rob ID 39818. Except ID 37834 has no corrupt bio. GR 6.4 And that's why they can't be 4 corrupt agents to rob. And that's GR 6.16 2:41 - ID 37834 searches trunk. Which has no corrupt bio, even if he had, there is no outcome such as searching trunk. 7:55 - after they robbing us, they request additional 100k. But the outcome rule says they can only either ask for 100k or the items equivalent to 100k. But they are robbing all of ours heavy snipers which market price is 450k-650k. For GR 6.15, it is clearly visible in your own POV at 0:10 that your friend shot them first.
For UB Driving it's fine as it is the side of the road, not a mountain or off-road in this area.
All 4 officers have corrupt Bio, they are having makeup, there is no rule break here.
The rule is 100K in cash or illegal items. There is nowhere it says up to 100k, so they can rob your heavy sniper.

You can either take 100k or Illegal items; you cannot take both
