Hello admins,
i went to Sahp for getting insurance for my car, but ID 59281 searched me and search my car trunk without any commands or any prior warning which is against SR 1.5, SR 1.6 and SR 1.11
furthermore, I dropped lockpick set on the ground and Id 59281 picked it up and left which can be considered GR 6.4

In the first 2 minutes of the video he broke all the rules and at the last i checked my trunk. All my weapons and ammo were gone.
