I was just 10-7 but i came to game and i see in the left eye this guy spamming fine to one guy and the reason is ''bad seagulll'' Some of my agents cuffed him but he did MG and killed both. Then they came back to the HQ but i was already blacklisted that guy. And he was just trying to ram us and trying to trolling us. I engine blocked then that guy and his friend (152765) just did GR 6.2.

Then some of citizens just gived me photo about this. He was doing this while off-duty. He is clearly trolling he should be blacklisted.
