I am writing this letter to formally appeal the suspension of my account due to a misunderstanding that occurred during the PC verification process. First and foremost, I would like to clearly state that I have not used any cheats or third-party software that would compromise the integrity of the game. I have great respect for this project and the community you have built.
During the verification, Sir Bawan requested that I log into a secondary Discord account. I explained that I did not have the password for that account readily available.
I was concerned that switching accounts would disconnect my voice connection and make communication impossible during the verification. Furthermore, this secondary account wasn't even part of the server.
I was given one minute to find the password and log in via Chrome. I did my best to explain that I couldn't find the credentials in such a short time, but the session was terminated, and I was banned.
I would like to emphasize that I am completely open to a full PC inspection at any time, now or whenever you deem appropriate. I have nothing to hide and am ready to cooperate with any administrator who has PC Inspection authority.
I truly value the time I have spent here and would like to request a second chance to prove my honesty. I apologize for any confusion I may have caused during this process.
