im writting on the behalf off my friend who joined the city for the first time yesterday hes seen me playing this a lot and he went out and bought a whole pc to play this server but when he got on we were playing for about 20-30 minutes and then his game failed to load and he fell through the map and just kept falling and he got banned for this which i really dont understand ive had to ask for loads off help and everyones sent me here , i have a picture off the your account is blocked page, admin name: Napal Fedorov, Reason: anticheat#934 , last days left: 9998, Date of blocking:15.01.2026 00:00, Account ID: 523474 this was late last night here in england around about midnight, my friend had also spent money on the account before banning
