I find it very interesting how much your story changes the further we dig into this. First you didn't do it at all, then you ask me in DMs to tell you what rule is it against. Well based on the POV seen from the admin you did state "I'm going to kill this paki". Whether you said it with hate or not, words like that are not accepted on the server so the punishment stays, and hopefully, you don't say things like this again.
