They were robbing me when there was an active event i.e Gang raid goining on which violates ER 1.2.
They were camping outside the AOP and when I reached with other units in a convoy they engine blocked me and shoot me dead and then started robbing, I called admin but it was too late already.

Seems like they were from same fam and if they can rob from that fam than its an unoff,

The individual is attempting to mislead the administration. We chased the person far beyond Main Ghetto, and despite the fact that we were four people and clearly issued demands, the individual did not stop and instead violated Fear RP by fleeing from us and attempting to go to Ballas HQ.

Before he could reach it, we applied an engine block to his vehicle, preventing him from leaving. After that, despite being alone against four people, he exited the vehicle and opened fire on us, once again violating Fear RP.

Additionally, roaming alone in the ghetto as an FIB agent is itself a rule violation. The individual is deliberately omitting these facts and attempting to deceive you.
