2. Why do you wants to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1.
I have been playing Grand RP for a while, and in the beginning I made some mistakes, but now I think I am capable of becoming a leader. I have gained experience in different orgs. I also developed some skills. I managed a lot of events in other orgs. I was under deputy in most of the orgs. Every time I managed an event, it was smooth and successful. I think this type of skill is very rare. Managing a lot of people and organizing it properly is good. Also, in the past, I had some good connections with Families, and for that reason, I think I am capable of leading Families.
2.2.
The dedication, effort, and time I put into handling a situation and managing an event are pretty good. The response I get from people is also pretty good. I think that is what makes me unique from others and also an advantage for me. The way I lead situations and handle situations is totally different, and I also adhere to constructive criticism, which I think is really necessary to improve someone or guide someone.

I gained pretty good experience from all the other orgs. The reason I am choosing Families is that it suits me the best, and I think I have enough experience, knowledge, and skills to lead an organization. The main reason I want to be a leader of this organization is because I care about the people in it. I want to guide, support, and unite everyone like a family, and help the organization grow through teamwork, respect, and responsibility.
