Rejected Mass rules break | 130865,63936,94147

They have break a lot of rules:
1/first Id 130865 start with shoting me on a parking and that is GZ 1.1
2/they didnt have a reason to arrest without an IC reason as SR 5.2 they stoped me without a reason
3/in 4:29 63936 asked me if i want to go home or prison and he have demand 100k to let me go also 94147 demande that and thats is corruption without bio GR 6.4

i hope this guys get punished and also i request a warning to SAHP for this
