Approved VDM I 78756

[Fly Belmont]

While my friend and I were searching for a miner's ticket using a helicopter, the player with ID 78756 intentionally crashed his plane into us. This is not the first time he has done this; he targets us and kills us using his aircraft without any RP reason or interaction. As shown in the video, he uses his plane as a weapon to kill players on foot and in vehicles.
